Check to see whether your network is connected properly, the workstation PC is turned on, and/or if PACS Viewer is operating. If after all of these measures have been taken and you still cannot send the image, contact your DIMEDI representative for assistance.
First check to see if the green light on the scanner is on. When connecting the scanner switch, confirm whether or not you hear the "wing wing" warming up sound. If the scanner is still not working, contact your DIMEDI representative for assistance.
When the scanner is first installed, there is a program that allows user to select film scanner size on the default screen. In the event that the film size file does not exist, contact your DIIMEDI representative for assistance.
Data is not automatically saved. Therefore, it is necessary for the hospital to maintain data according to the mobility of the database. If a problem with your PC arises and the PC needs to be formatted, consult your DIMEDI representative prior to formatting your PC. DIMEDI will not be held liable for data deletion due to negligence.
